Dr. Jeanine Davis is the Associate Professor and Extension Specialist in the Department of Horticultural Science at North Carolina State University. She focuses on optimizing organic farming methods and integrating new crops to improve sustainable agricultural initiatives. Her main interests are on culinary and medicinal herbs, non-timber forest products and specialty crops.
